شركات البورصة و المرتبات الخيالية للأعضاء المنتدبين و المديرين التنفذيين




ما هو دور البورصة في زيادرة رأسمال الشركات؟
البورصة هي إحدى وسائل الشركات في زيادة رأسمالها بحيث تقوم هذه الشركات بطرح أسهمها للإكتتاب العام ليشتري العامة من الشعب هذه الأسهم و يصبحون مساهمين بهذه الشركات.
ما هو التأثير الإيجابي للإكتتاب العام لكل من الشركات و المساهمين؟
شراء العامة من الشعب للأسهم يساعد الشركات في إيجاد السيولة اللازمة لتمويل مشروعاتها و التوسع في إستثمار إمكانياتها في هذا التوسع مقابل أن يحصل المساهم على أرباح عن أسهمه في أخر السنة المالية و بعد إعلان الشركة عن إجمالي أرباحها إلى جانب إزدياد في قيمة ثروة هذا المساهم على المدى الطويل نتيجة إرتفاع سعر سهم هذه الشركة و الذي يكون نتيجة طبيعية للتوسعات الإستثمارية لهذه الشركة.
ما هو العائد المادي لحاملي الأسهم؟
يحصل حامل الأسهم على نصيب من الأرباح التي تحققها الشركة المصدرة للسهم إلى جانب زيادة في راس المال في حال زيادة سعر السهم.
ما هو التأثير السلبي في حالة تضخم مرتبات الاعضاء المنتدبين و المديرين التنفذيين لهذه الشركات؟
تتأثر ربحية الشركة بشكل مباشر بهذه الاعباء المادية و خصوصا إن من هؤلاء الناس من قد يعين بواسطة أو عن طريق معرفة و تكون إنتاجيتهم ليست صفر إنما تكون تحت الصفر حيث أنهم يحصلون على رواتب ضخمة بدون إنتاج إلى جانب التأثير النفسي السلبي على زملائهم المنتجين الذين يقبضون رواتب تعتبر ضعيفة مقارنة بما يحصلون عليه هؤلاء الباراشوتات كما يسمونهم زملائهم.
كيف تختار الشركة التي تريد الإستثمار بها في البورصة؟
1-      الشركات ذات القدرات المالية الجيدة
2-      الشركات التي تملك مشاريع إنتاجية على المدى الطويل
3-      الشركات التي دائما تصرف ارباح لمساهميها
4-      الشركات التي تعلن عن مرتبات أعضائها المنتدبين و مديريها التنفذيين (و إن كان هذا صعب في الوقت الحالي ان تجد شركات تفصح عن هذه المعلومات مخافة غضب المساهمين و حملة الأسهم المساكين)
المقترحات:
1-      أن تجبر البورصة كل الشركات المقيدة بها بالإفصاح عن مرتبات أعضائها المنتدبين و مديريها التنفذيين للعامة
